(Mo)tion Twerklates is Moโ€™s methodology of hoochie-coochie movement: fast, thotie, and fully embodied.

This is a 75-minute play portal into proprioceptive cues, ass-centered conditioning, and embodied imagination.

Expect Pilates and Twerk Cardio.

Together, we pause to consider our goals, hopes, and direction. This is about aligning with ourselves and with the journey ahead. This is a chance to reconnect with what brought you hereโ€”your questions, your hopes, your turning pointsโ€”and consider how theyโ€™ve shifted or deepened.
